The fine balcony view of the lake made for perfect mornings with coffee. The good breakfast with local specialties impressed us, especially the fresh fruits and homemade jams. The staff's kindness and willingness to assist. Don't miss this lovely spot!

Spotlessly clean place with great view of the lake. A very convenient area, excellent location near to the waterfront, pier, central square and railway station and funicular. Well-appointed room with an own bathroom. Lots of products for a great breakfast.

functional lovely modern rooms with beautiful views of the lake, and a safe box, multi-channel tv and a mini fridge bar. good-sized bathroom, absolutely fantastic and great breakfast. location so close to historical center and the nicest long embankment with wonderful view to the lake and a massive street market. excellent service, parking next to the hotel.

The room had a fantastic balcony view of the lake, a real highlight for soaking in the scenery while enjoying a drink. Complimentary mineral water in the room is a nice touch.

The breakfast area felt cramped, with tables packed close together, which takes away from the enjoyment of the meal.

Very nice location and very clean & comfortable hotel for three star. Staff members were flexible enough to allow late check out (15:30) at additional cost.

The location is superb - right on the lakeside, close to city centre, 7-10 min walk from the train station. All rooms are named as famous jazzmen. Nice design, clean, great staff. Breakfast is ok. Overall - really good. Великолепное расположение - на берегу озера, 7-10 минут от вокзала, рядом с истор.центром города. Чисто, милый дизайн, все комнаты названы в честь известных джазменов. Распорядительеый персонал. Завтрак неплохой. В целом-очень рекомедую.

The amazing lake view from our balcony made our stay nice. Our room felt a bit cramped for the price.

Location was right opposite one of the boat stations but was not noisy as this station was not too busy. Short stroll to main centre and train station was very close.

Breakfast room was compact. Although called a "Jazz" hotel the only reference were room names and two pictures on room walls. Although there was nothing wrong with the hotel I wouldn't recommend it to friends as it was not to my taste.

Positive, The staff was great and super helpful. We splurged on a Superior Double Room with a Balcony and Lake View, and wow, the views were amazing. Loved the delicious European breakfast-they had fresh bread and great coffee. Perfect location near the funicular and restaurants.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the rooms were charming although we had 3 and one was quite small. The location was excellent. The views from outside were beautiful.

The bed in one room was quite small for 2 people and the room was a little small.

My room came with noticeable wear and tear, especially with ripped wallpaper. The air conditioning was underwhelming and didn't cool the room sufficiently. I also found the breakfast area to be cramped and a bit uncomfortable.
